Shipping policy

Order Processing: Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days from placing an order to let you know your order is on the way! 

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours using UPS, Correos or GLS. Flat rate shipping fee of 10 EUR applies to orders shipping to European Union and United Kingdom and 20 EUR applies to orders shipping to USA, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico and UAE.

Minimum Order Requirements: There is a minimum order requirement for countries outside of the EU of 100 EUR.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping for orders within Spain is free of charge.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: European Union, Canada, USA, United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico and UAE.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gingers Eyes SL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. A flat shipping fee of 16 Eur is applied.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bye@un-commonsense.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
