Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the European Union (EU).
Orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This legal right exists independently of any commercial return policy and applies only to orders shipped within the EU.

Returned items must:

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical retail store. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds Under the Right of Withdrawal
Once the returned goods are received (or proof of return is provided), we will refund:

Commercial Return Policy (30 Days – EU Only)
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day commercial return policy for eligible orders shipped within the European Union.
This allows you to request a return up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided all return conditions listed above are met.
This commercial return policy does not apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.
